Disney Decompression
5/5 Catherine's place is absolutely great. It is a very charming and comfortable place. Very easy to walk or bike to town and the Pinellas Trail. Great restaurants and libation establishments in abundance nearby. The beach is easy to get to. We couldn't have had a better time. I would stay at Catherine's place again in a heartbeat.
Quiet and Comfortable house
5/5 We have rented a lot of properties in the town of Dunedin and love this house. We didnt use all the amenities, but the kitchen was well equipped, bike/helmets and beach toys were available and the beds were super comfortable. The house was clean and the neighborhood quiet. There isnt much parking (except for the garage), but we didnt have a car so not an issue. Nice porch and inside gathering space with plenty of seating. Bedrooms are all upstairs which worked well for is. Would stay here again.

Great for family
5/5 Great for adult family. We did not have children with us. It was within walking distance to downtown Dunedin. Quick to get on 19 to get to other locations. Very clean a spacious.
