3/5 Sofa bed had dirty linens and no blanket. The thermostat kept switching to heat, we had to buy batteries for it and that worked but it was hot was hot way too much! The kitchen floors were extremely dirty. The paint was peeling in many areas of the condo. The divider between the bedroom and the sunroom wouldn't stay up

Perfect family getaway
5/5 Place was as described. Beach was an easy walk, beach access code did not work however. Pool was great! Would definitely stay again!

Clean condo & Beautiful beach- what more can you ask for?
5/5 My family of 5 loved our stay! The one-bedroom, one bathroom condo was very clean & perfect for us.
We loved the pool at the complex. The beach was a short walk across the street with private access for the condo residents. We loved the soft sand & emerald water! We ate at Captain Dave’s across the street- a little pricey but similar prices to other restaurants in that vicinity.
Our flight didn’t leave until the evening, so after we left the condo at 10am, we went to the beach for while and used the bathroom by the pool to get ready for the airport. Very convenient! Would definitely stay again when we come back to Destin!
Perfect location! Very clean condo!
5/5 We loved our stay here! It was very clean. Absolutely perfect location for the beach. The private access to the beach was wonderful and not crowded even for the middle of July! There was an outside showering station to hose off all the sand from the beach which was extremely helpful! We were able to bring food and eat in between meals and even made a couple nice dinners. Kitchen was fully stocked and very accommodating. We read previous reviews so we brought a small blackstone and grilled up some food a few times. The only issue we had was our door knob was needing to be fastened on better as it was wobbly. Other than that it was a very nice stay and we will definitely be returning!

Very clean and great location
5/5 The whole place looked clean and fresh when we walked in. Loved being able to walk less than 5 minutes to get to the beach. Really enjoyed the culture of the condo complex. It had a good mix of both family friendly groups and adult groups who stayed/lived at the condo— we were able to have a great vacation without ever worrying about being overrun by kids OR other guests getting too trashy.
