Nice quiet area
5/5 This house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to activities. Blue springs park is about 15 minutes away and New Smyrna beach is about 50 minutes. It would have been nice if beach towels and chairs were provided as in other places I have stayed. Overall a good experience.

5/5 Was staying to see family for Thanksgiving who live in Deltona. Everything you need is in house and Deltona has everything nearby. There's a Walmart within a mile and a half and plenty of eating options. Owners are very nice and respond when needed. The beds are soft and comfortable. We loved our stay.

Brother's 60th Birthday Surprise Visit
5/5 Great rental between Orlando and Daytona. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy check in. Clean and comfortable, would recommend highly. Bruce & Denise checked on us and made sure our stay was perfect. They were very easy to work with and it made for a perfect stay.
