4/5 Very clean and beautiful pool and yard
5/5 Another great stay! Quiet neighborhood, short drive to the beach and Atlantic Ave. The backyard is welcoming with plenty of loungers for sunbathing. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals and the primary bathroom has a shower/bath combo that is very inviting.

3/5 The rental property itself was nice, the inside of the house was freshly renovated, very bright and clean (except for some mold on the bathroom ceiling), just as you can see on the pictures. I would only recommend cleaning or painting the wall in front of the front patio of the house, which is quite dirty and gives an unwelcoming impression. However, we had an issue with the pool which was not usable during our stay. We were told because it had rained so much during the time before our stay. Dealing with the management company regarding this issue was a real pain! Only after we told the management that this situation was not acceptable to us, as we had only rented the property because it had a pool, did they try to do something about the situation (send a pool guy). That took them so long, that the pool was still not useable by the time we left. Management company first offered partial refund, then suddenly said that VRBO had to approve it but never gave any information to VRBO. Took about two weeks to sort of all this out. Absolutely not the customer service we were expecting.
