Personnel not helpful
2/5 Nice space but the Wi-Fi was out without them communicating that to us. When I texted them about this and glitchy lighting which prevented us from sleeping at night during the stay, they didn’t give good customer service.

When we did communicate you indicated that everything was ok and that you were satisfied with our home. You did not let us know about the lighting issue or WIFI until the last day when you checked out. I have provided these messages to Evolve.

5/5 What a great place to stay, Owner was always responsive and always answered my phone call, which I appreciate! Roomy and comfortable, beds and furniture. Close to many things needed for your stay. Definitely will stay again for the race weekends.
