  I get together with 3 high school buddies each year, we are all retired now. We like boating, BBQ and just hanging around. This house was by far our favorite location and the amenities and level of service was outstanding. We will be back new year.

• Second Stay — Just as Amazing

  Darren & Betsy — thank you again for opening your river house to us. This was our second stay, and somehow it was even better than the first.

  This time we were lucky enough to share the home with my mom and sister, and they both loved it just as much as we did. The house is such a special place, comfortable, well cared for, and the perfect setting to relax and make memories together.

  You truly have a forever client in us, and I sincerely hope you’ll continue sharing this property for many years to come. We can’t wait to return!

It is a great place to live out the disappearing Florida and because of the location (In both a National Forest and a National Wildlife Refuge) we're grateful that it won't change! • Anniversary Trip

  Marker 38 is amazing. The house has everything you could need and more. It was also the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. We enjoyed fishing, shuffleboard and relaxing in the pool. The sleep number beds made us feel at home. Already planning a return trip!

• Return as great as the first time!

  My husband and I stayed for 3 wonderful weeks at this superb house. It was so peaceful and relaxing, and very hard to leave.

  The house is extremely well equipped, and just like the pictures. They really have thought of everything you need to have a special vacation.

  We loved it so much we hardly went out - just relaxed with the mesmerizing river views, the wildlife and the heated swimming pool.

  We will be back!!
