The best of everything!
5/5 This is our second stay at Marker 38 and was another amazing stay. From the patio, we saw a lot of wildlife including a manatee family this time. This home has everything you need and more. It really is the best of everything!

Picture Perfect Vacation
5/5 This was a return visit for us. We stayed two weeks and enjoyed every aspect of the house. This home may be down a forest maintained road, but WELL Worth it. At the end of the gravel road, you will find a magnificent, fully stocked, and absolutely gorgeous retreat. This home is well suited for an energetic outdoor family as well as being accommodating for those with mobility issues. We fished, kayaked & swam in the heated pool daily. The location off the St John’s River allowed us to see alligator's, turtles, manatees and a plethora of other birds and wildlife daily. Our favorite were a nesting pair of Sandhills cranes (Fred & Ethel) who took turns visiting. The Limpkins were quite vocal day and night and were also quite entertaining. Thank you for opening your incredible home to us. It was so hard leaving such a gem. We definitely hope to return.
