  No room service. 2 towels to last week. The tv was out and no one could/would fix it after asking several times.

  Unit was corner unit on 5th floor. Building itself looks like it’s in middle of upgrade renovations on the inside. Lobby was new and beautiful. Looks like they are working their way up floor by floor on renovations. 5th floor where unit is hallway carpet is old and smells. Gross. Once inside the actual unit, it was fine as owner has redone it. Place is just big enough to lay your head and sleep for the night. Cable TV is NOT PRESENT in this unit, so unless you have your own nextflix account or other streaming accounts you can’t watch TV. Air conditioning unit is very old and dated. It DOES NOT cool the very small unit and it got VERY HOT in April when we stayed, can’t imagine the Florida sun in the summer months and not feeling reprieve when coming into the unit. The problem was it barely blew anything out at all. The hot water in the shower does not get hot. It’s like warm at its hottest! The kitchen sink and bathroom water the hot water worked just fine, don’t know why the shower DID NOT do the same. There was no coffee pot in the kitchen even though pics and descriptions said other wise. The coffee maker was there, just the pot was gone? For the cost of the nightly rate overall you can’t beat the location right on the sand and ocean. Access to the beach is at the property. Has a nice size pool at property too which was open already in April. We learned as we stayed there that this unit is a mix of both FULLTIME year round residents and people vacationing.
