Locked out and In
3/5 The property was good considering it is under construction. We were unable to leave until the keypad door decided to lock. We got locked out multiple times. Tried the contact number and got the battery changed then our pin didn’t work. Got a new pin and still had problems with the door. Late at night locked out in a place you are unfamiliar then takes forever for someone to answer the phone. Emailed and no response. Definitely will not be back to this location again.

-The smart lock was affected by a global security issue that impacted its functionality. Most airlines had canceled flights and banks worldwide were affected for a few days, as well as Google apps according to Microsoft. We did all we could to respond and provide prompt assistance by providing a physical key, our apologies as this was out of our control.

5/5 Great location. The door keypad can be touchy at first, but eventually got the hang of it. I would stay again for sure.
