• Reeks of cigarettes, probable mold issue and no hot water from kitchen faucet.

  Condo is in an ideal spot, beachfront. I was aware of the amenities not being available, and I was okay with that. What I wasn’t okay with, was having to wash our dishes in the bathroom sink, since the kitchen faucet does not have hot water! Soap scum was still all over the shower/ shelves, so I would suggest a new cleaning crew. But, worst of all was my asthma being exasperated by the cigarette smell that permeated the entire place! I had great communication with the host…..until I mentioned these issues. Even after I sent a video of these issues, there was no response. Total misrepresentation in this ad.

  Place fairly clean

  No hot water at kitchen sink- only cold side flowed water

  Bedroom air conditioner smelled so badly that it couldn’t be used

  Bathroom sink drain leaked badly underneath cabinet soaking anything put in cabinet

  Porch chairs broken

  Could be decent but a complete lack of maintenance

  We got to the hotel and found out that the five pools that were advertised were all shut down The first of august, in the heat of Florida , there were no open pools. Restaurant was shut down as was bar. We were told we could go up five buildings and use their pool. Really. I had a vacation planned to sit by the pools and relax. I have a broken foot and can’t ambulate further on foot. We had young children who were to have used the pool also. We were told the association wouldn’t pay to upkeep the pool so they shut it down on August 1. I already had my reservation before then. I was told they knew of the closure when I made my reservation. I guess

  They shut the restaurant down for the same reason. We stayed the first day , not leaving the condo because of the heat and there being NO pools. I took pictures of all the closed pools. We rented another place to stay that had a pool, a restaurant and a tiki bar. I am going to get my money back because of misrepresentation of this facility. I can’t afford to pay for a place I didn’t stay in. I was told there were pools, a restaurant and bar. Don’t tell someone something that is not true. It could have ruined my whole vacation. I will pay for the day we stayed but that was bogus too. We spent the day looking for another place to stay.

• Nice little getaway

  The condo was great, nice and clean, and exactly as described. Directly on the beach, just the little getaway my kids and I needed. Everything is convenient, shopping, restaurant, beach, and other entertainment if you have kids. The host was great, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and was very helpful when needed. I will definitely consider going back. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.
