  I really liked this place because of all the beach decoration. It made me feel more at home. It was easy to get in and get the parking pass. We didn’t cook but there was a stove to use. The proximity to the beach was great. One downside is that the pools are all closed due to the hurricane damage. I really looked forward to that! Regardless, it was still a good stay. I’d consider coming here again.

  The couch and bed were so comfortable. I loved the decorations and vibe of this VRBO. Would definitely book again.

• Leak and misleading

  The first night we were there there was a leak that came from above, out of the exhaust fan above toilet. I went down, informed the staff, they said they would fix it the next day, and nothing ever got done. Everytime we had to use the toilet, water was dripping on our heads. We had to put a trash can on the toilet to catch the water for 2 days. Also, the pictures indicate somewhat of a beach view. We faced the street, so the pics were very misleading.

  - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
  - As soon as I was made aware of the issue with the water leak, I personally came to the property. As you mentioned, there was a leak in the above condo, not owned by myself. I contacted the manager of the building who was able to provide me access to the condo and discovered their toilet was leaking. To remedy the issue temporarily, I turned off the water and the manager contacted the condo owner who in turn had the leak repaired. Although this was something unforeseen and completely outside of our control, we're truly sorry this happened during your stay.
  - We take our listing accuracy seriously and can confirm that our listing photos do not have an ocean view out of the window, but we're sorry if there was any confusion.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Tired property, no amenities - STAY AWAY

  1. No amenities in service 2. Less than half of the elevators were working. The elevators on our side of the building were completely out of service. Causing a tremendous amount of walking for a 76-year-old person 3. Parking was in an unlighted lot next door. Parking garage not in service. 4. No bar or food services on site. 5. Website misleading. 6. Front desk not staffed a majority of the time
