  The place was clean and had more than enough room to sleep 16 of us. The owners were very nice and hospitable. The house is close to the beach and was perfect for what we were looking for!

• Clean and spacious

  Had a good amount of space and beds. Fit the bill for what we needed and was very clean. Lacked a few amenities like shampoo/soap and coffee, but not a big deal. Neighborhood is a little questionable at night, but it’s not too bad, I would just make extra sure your car and doors are locked. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and concluded we would stay there again.

• Great Spacious Home For A Group

  Fantastic home with lots of space for a group! We had a group of 8 guys in town for an event and found the house to fit our needs perfectly. Beds and baths worked well. Had a nice spacious kitchen, well stocked, and the great room was more than accommodating with a Huge TV. Outdoor space was set up nicely for entertaining. We found plenty of parking with the street spaces out front and the neighborhood was eclectic but safe. Great times were had at a wonderful home! Thank you for hosting us, we Will be back!

• This is a professionally set-up and run rental

  We were very impressed with this house, overall. It's in a perfect location just a mile from the International Speedway. There are 2 bathrooms, not one off of a bedroom leaving everyone fighting for just one. These are clearly labeled, as well as the location of the laundry room and items such as the first aid kit and exits. We were able to cook and eat in, the first night, since there are all the tools you will need to use the oven or stovetop. There is ample space for guests, so long as people understand their beds might be a futon or pull-out bed & they may need to share a room. We loved the patio space and made use of it daily to people watch and converse. We never really used the back yard but it was good to know we could hang out and play cornhole, have a little campfire or use the grill, had we wanted to. Parking was also excellent with 3 off-street spaces and tons of on-street parking which was perfect since we had towed 2 trailers with us. We could easily load and unload cars in the on-street spaces. If you've got a large group attending an event in Daytona, I'd highly recommend this place.
