  This was our 3rd stay at this condo.

  We obviously love this place! It is so nice to stay at a condo which has consistently provided us with a clean, well stocked place to stay. It is easy to get to, easy to check in and out. No problem using the keypad.

  There are 2 private balconies, 2 bathrooms and a comfy queen bed in the bedroom. Extra sleeping accommodations are available in the living room which we did not use.

  This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

  This condo is on the top floor (7th) so the views of the ocean are incredible!!

  We watched dolphins swim by in the morning and I can't even begin to describe the beautiful sunrises.

  There is construction going on the outside of the building. The outside and balconies of this unit are complete and we barely heard the construction going on.

  The pool is unavailable at this time due to damage from a hurricane but we were there for the ocean so it made no impact on our time there.

  Our host, Sandee, has provided guests with all the little things to make a stay comfortable and hassle free. Bring your clothes, a beach towel and grab some snacks at the nearby Publix and you are ready for a carefree stay.

  There are restaurants nearby, some within an easy walk.

  The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, ice maker, air fryer, pots, pans and plenty of dishes, etc. if you wish to cook.

  The unit has a washer and dryer inside the unit which is an added convenience. A smart tv in the bedroom and another in the living room provide more than enough things to watch on those lazy days and relaxing evenings.

  We will stay here a 4th time when we come to this area again. We consider Sandee's condo our little piece of heaven!

• A hidden gem

  This was our second stay, we stayed once for bike week and this time for October fest. We love the many amenities, the location is AMAZING, you get both the sun set and sun rise, it's quiet, clean, and easily accessible. I find it is very reasonably priced and you honestly can't ask to be closer to the beach, it's just a few steps away.

  This was our second stay here because we loved it so much the first time!! It is very very clean, the bed was comfy, it is nicely decorated and the host thinks of everything to make sure her guests are comfortable. Bring your clothes and go to the Publix about mile away for food/snacks and you are set for your time here. Beach chairs and toys, q-tips, washer/dryer, extra blankets, DVD's, floss sticks, shampoo, body wash, etc. This place is that well stocked!!! There are many restaurants nearby, several within easy walking distance. The oceanfront views are wonderful, we even watched the dolphins several mornings!If we ever return to this area we will definitely stay here again for the third time.The outside of the building is being rejuvenated but we barely noticed the workers. They were very respectful and appeared to take the guests time there in consideration while working. Kudos to the company doing the renovations!!!It is easy to get into the rental using a touch screen, we never once had an issue. Plenty of parking and not the tiny spaces you find at so many places. No worries about dings in your car.I needed to contact the host about one of the TV's not working and she responded within minutes and helped me get it working. Communication was excellent and fast!Having two bathrooms saved us time and the water pressure in the shower was very good.A huge thank you to our host Sandee for making our vacation a wonderful and stress free time!!!
