  The place was great. They just dont have a grill and dont allow grills on the property. That was the only downfall

  The location is good & access to the beach was excellent. The cleanliness of the property was poor. The handle to the door going into the condominium. The metal was flaking off very dangerous when you turn the handle to not get metal embedded in your hand. The ceiling fans had an inch worth of dust on them. There was a ball of hair in the bathroom sink. I had to dig out myself. The bathtubs porcelain had seen better days, which made it look very dirty. The laundry facility only had one working washer the other one was broken. The pillows were very flat and we were not provided with extra pillows, and it was lacking extra blankets. The couch was very scratchy, and there were stains on the master bedroom comforter. The living room light and fan kept coming on every few minutes, I think there is some serious electrical issues in this condominium. The lamp to the second bedroom could not be turned on and off because of a broken switch we had to continue to unplug it and plug it back in when we wanted to use the lamp. All in all the location was great and access to the beach was great, but the condominium needs to be seriously updated and cleaned by professional

  - We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay with any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home
  - The cleaning crew has been directed to perform a deep clean, focusing on all the issues mentioned, as your experience was not up to our standards
  - The door handle finish flaking off is being addressed immediately
  - The fan in the living room is on a switch, and if turned off with the remote, it may turn back on due to interference with a neighboring fan's remote. Using the wall switch should prevent this issue, and we are seeking a more permanent solution

• Great first-time stay in Daytona Beach

  This property was the perfect location for our recent stay in Daytona Beach. We were visiting FL to drop our son at college. The two-bedroom (three-bed) setup was perfect as he stayed with us a few days prior to moving into his dormitory. Check-in and parking were a breeze. The property provided everything we needed and even a few things we didn't realize we needed until we arrived. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, flatware, and dishes. Extra points for the blender, slow cooker, coffee maker, and toaster. The nearest grocery store is only 1 mile away. The unit was clean and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the beach (access is approximately a half block away) and we can't wait to come back when the pool is repaired. There are beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach umbrella for guests to use. Having laundry on site was a big plus for us as we stayed a full week. Many restaurants, shopping, and nightlife spots are located just a few miles south along the beach, very walkable. It was nice to be removed from the 'scene' of downtown Daytona with the crowds and noise, which made this location completely relaxing.
