The view from this property is awesome.. The rental needs work.
3/5 You had to flush the toilet 4 times to clear the stool. When the weather got hot, air conditioning worked poorly, probably because the air filter and vents were in dire need of cleaning. It is my understanding that the place is closing April 1st for an upgrade. We left a day early.

The homeowner had the toilet repaired as soon as they were made aware of the issue. Additionally, they have addressed the cleanliness of the vents with their cleaning company to ensure that they are properly cleaned prior to each guest's stay. You are correct in that the unit will be undergoing upgrades for the next 18 months. The homeowner is expecting the AC to work much more effectively once these renovations are complete. Toilet Blues!
2/5 No overly clean. Toilet didn't flush. Told manager and she said management had been told but nothing was done. Couldn't use the toilet for almost a day. Manager did get plumber in and fixed. A small refund was given but the condo needs work.

5/5 Perfect for bike week! Park your bike before turning it up too much, and walk back to Main Street. No-frills basic apartment with everything you need for a week-long stay. Laundry on site.

Nice place
4/5 We occupied with 4 adults. A little tight for the four of us but made it work. Great place right on the beach and your own patio. Walking distance to good food and fun places. Would recommend they stock more towels and supply toilet paper. Ran out of TP and had to buy our own. We would go back but just with two adults.

Amazing Location
5/5 The property was exactly as described. Everything was clean. Plenty of towels and blankets. The pool was steps away. The view was amazing. You literally have your own path to the beach. A lot of attractions could be walked to. We definitely would stay here again.
