1/5 My terrible stay. An apartment with a bad smell, dirty bedding including pillows, air conditioning never went below 83 and we were in a hot climate area.The fans are dirty with dust from years ago. Very poor lighting, some lamps did not have light bulbs. I had to leave after 2 days because this was unbearable including that noise from the construction people.

-We replaced the linens shortly before your stay, in addition to making sure they are laundered between guests
-The air conditioning unit has been serviced and is working without issue
-We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like the neighborhood construction are simply out of our control

4/5 This condo was a nice place to get away for the week with family. The location is great with easy access to everything you could dream of. However, there were a few things that was bothersome. During the stay, workers were grinding/sanding balconies at all hours of the day. It was very disturbing, especially if you were wanting to relax and take a nap. I wish we were made aware of that prior. The condo was beautiful, I just wish it was updated a little more. The furniture could use some more coziness. The key situation was a bit much. I understand it's a hotel and a security risk, but always having to have a key on you was a bit much. Maybe wrist bands or a key card would would in the future. Other than those concerns, we loved the condo. It's spacious, roomy and very clean. I was impressed.

Great place for a family stay
5/5 I enjoy this condominium. It was the perfect place on the beach front to relax while on vacation. i had my two grandkids and needed a place to cook food for them instad of going out every day to feed them. The condominium was clean and roomy. if i take another trip to Daytona, i would like to stay here again.

5/5 Great location! Great extras and very clean. Went out to balcony every morning and night. Access from 3 rooms! Never turned the tv on once.
