The condo is located in the 12-story Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center. This laid-back resort boasts 3 outdoor pools, a pool bar and restaurant, an indoor pool, spa, and a fitness center. The property is just across the road from the Bellair Plaza, a massive outdoor shopping center with clothing retailers, a Walgreens, liquor store, and more!
Drive just under 6 miles to play a round of golf at the prestigious Riviera Country Club. The course is located in Ormond Beach and features a championship 18-hole experience with stunning views of the surrounding area and a top-of-the-line Pro Shop for all your golfing needs. Some other local options for golf include the Oceanside Country Club, River Bend Golf Club, and the scenic LPGA International course.
Take a short 3-mile drive to the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and experience this family-friendly entertainment district. There are games, carnival foods, a Ferris wheel, and plenty of beachfront rides the whole crew will love. The Daytona Lagoon water park is just around the corner from the boardwalk if you're looking for some more excitement!
When you're not dining at the condo, head out to eat at one of Daytona Beach's delicious restaurants. The top options include Macker Seafood, Caribbean Jack's, Bay Street Seafood, and the Daytona Taproom.

5/5 The place was great. Couple glitches in, just leave two parking passes at the place for convenience and more than one room key. When you have six family members it is not often you all go down and up together at same time. Some amenities were closed due to building malfunction and I would have liked to have known prior to reserving not arriving. There was no oven, and the broiler oven didnt have a try so was not functioning. would have been nice to have more than one dish towel and cloth for the week . a good recommendation for a vacation rental would be to provide a blender!! Sorely missed.

Wonderful break, just right for a small family!
5/5 Much nicer than the nearby inexpensive hotels - the small kitchen was perfect for feeding our family (there's no proper oven though, just a toaster, so plan accordingly). Comfy living room and we were able to eat at the bar/kitchen and at a glass table. Very large bathroom, convenient for staying organized, and plenty of clean shower towels! Balconies in each room were a wonderful way to hear the ocean and get fresh air. Location could not be better - quiet, Publix, Five Below, Marshall's, Dollar Tree all across the street. The pools (3 outdoor) were fabulous - saltwater, children's, and regular, and the beach was beautiful.
