  Dan was available anytime. Checking in was very simple. The room was cute clean and stocked well. Would definitely return in the future.

• OK, but needs updated photos of room

  We booked this property back in February 2023. The reviews appeared acceptable. One thing to note is that the pictures displayed for the property are NOT the same as the actual facility. The pictures make the property look brand new and pristine. When in fact it is older and not an accurate representation of the room. The room was acceptable for cleanliness, but could use a deep clean. Advertised was NO WiFi in the room, yet they have Streaming TV. Instruction on how to use the tv, and cable tv and toggle between streaming tv and cable would have been helpful. There was also NO “Free” WiFi by the pool. One of the residents was kind enough to let us use their WiFi so I could connect a zoom work meeting. No Beach chairs available. But there are sand toys. The 2 beds were comfortable, and mattresses and pillows appear to be very new. Outer facility looks a bit run down. Room’s veranda could use a deep clean, spider webs in corners. There are 2 pools but 1 was under repair due to Hurricane Ian (SEP 2022) and was not disclosed. Other properties around the area appear to be making faster progress in repairs. 1 mile down the road at the Hilton, no hurricane damage. All in all, as this was our 1st time experience with Air B&B, would I stay here again, possibly, price was little high but OK as we were here for a Cheer competition. But one really needs to lower the expectations here. If you there just to sleep, would recommend. Equivalent to 3 star hotel.

We have never experienced issues like this either before your stay or since. We have updated the photos and use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the decor and grounds meet their expectations.

• Very Dissapointed

  The pictures in the ad must have been taken 10-15 years ago. The building is very old and poorly maintained. All the owners in this property should be questioning where their HOA fees are going (Even minus the storm damage) The lobby smelled moldy and musty. The storm damage was not disclosed either. Unfortunately, for us, we had just driven two days to get to Florida and had no where else to go or the energy to start looking for a new place. I have never had to write something like this before and wish I didn't have to now. (I considered calling our attorney I felt so deceived). Just be honest with your listing and take photos that reflect the actual condition of the property and this won't keep happening to more unsuspecting families. I'm sure you will still get renters, but ones that know what they are getting into.

• Building was terrible

  The room was fine. Broken blinds. Heating and cooling was noisy and hard to adjust. The building appears to be low income housing. Elevator was ancient and dirty. Hallways were dirty and smelled.

  We absolutely loved this place for the price! Location was awesome and it had everything we needed to have a great family trip!
