  King and queen beds both had bed frames that were broken. We left after the first night. We paid for two nights. Mattresses were of very poor quality in all of the bedrooms.

  Screen around pool area was torn. Love bugs and snails in the pool. Was supposed to have been cleaned two days prior but no way it was clean with the amount of snails on the bottom. Water was not clear. Hole in concrete next to skimmer. They had Styrofoam shoved inside the hole.

  Inside curtains were thread bare, dusty, and torn. There was still trash in the trash cans from the previous guests. We didn't use dishes. Didn't know if they were clean.

  Code did not work for the front door. There was a repair man outside that gave us the code. Did not make us feel safe. We put chairs under doors to hear anyone trying to make entry. Area that house was in was run down and not well maintained. We were worried about vehicle being broken into.

  Would not recommend this place.

• A perfect getaway

  We had an amazing February stay at this Florida home—it was exactly what we needed for a warm winter escape. The heated pool was the highlight; we paid $35 a day and it stayed perfectly warm even on cooler days, and we used it every single day. The house itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, but still close to beaches and shops. The host was fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with. We especially loved spending evenings by the pool after a day in the sun. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

  I stayed with my family the weekend of Jan 9th and had a very pleasant stay at this house. Very comfortable and beautiful home, the host was attentive at all times. I would definitely come back again.
