  This home was a great affordable location to center our Orlando vacation with our dogs. Depending on traffic was 30-45 minutes to Disney/Seaworld/Universal areas. We made it over to St Pete Beach in about an hour. Very quiet neighborhood. Pool was great. Sun hit around 10 AM in July and stayed most of the day. Area is rapidly developing so everything is close by grocery store, gas, restaurants. Got several good workouts in using the garage gym. Some of the equipment could use a tune up for safety.

• Amazing

  We reserved this air b&b for an entire week, I kept in contact with the owner from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. He is very quick to respond to messages. The stay was very peaceful just what we were looking for. My family enjoyed the walks around the quiet neighborhood, the game room, the board games, pool, family time in general which we hardly get to have. The day we had to leave our car broke down, I called the owner and he was very understanding and let us stay until we were able to fix it. As we waited I had the opportunity to meet his staff which are amazing wonderful ppl who made you feel right at home. Truley grateful to all of them for everything..I will definitely return.

  This property was better than expected. Quick response time. Easy to work with. Very accommodating. I loved every minute of it. Will definitely return.

• Do not book if you're expecting visitors

  Place is nice. Only problem is they to evict us. Because 6-8 friends came over for dinner on our 3rd night. Which was extreme. As it only about 12 people total and not even all at one time. We started serving at 7 and everyone was gone by 11. Except the 4 who were staying here. It's says no party or large gatherings. Which 12 people in a 4 bedroom is not.

  "Hi there, we're glad to hear you found the home itself to be nice, though we're sorry there was some confusion and concern during your stay. We want to clarify that no eviction was ever pursued—our concern was mainly due to a neighbor being blocked in by the multiple cars parked outside, which prompted a call to us. We understand you may not have seen this as a large gathering, but we do ask guests to avoid events that could disturb others in the neighborhood. 
  Additionally, after your gathering, we found food grease on the patio, smoking remnants despite our no-smoking policy, and improperly sorted trash. Thank you for leaving your review."

  It was a great stay, easy in and out and hosts replied fast . Pool wasn't that clean even after the pool guy came. It needs to be vacumed more often but other then that it was good.
