Davenport vacation
5/5 We were there for a high school spring break with my sister and her husband and three of our adult children and their significant others. Paid to have the pool heated because of the time of year. We had a wonderful time. Everything was great! Will definitely use this listing again. Thank you

3/5 Overall, very clean and quiet neighbourhood, there were some things lacking and not properly posted. We could not use the pool or hot tub because there was an extra charge, this should have been mentioned in the listing, for certain times of the year, not adequate toilet paper for 5 people for a week as well as soap for bathrooms. The barbecue was dirty and the tank was empty, so we wanted to refill, but we had to pay for a new tank also. This should be checked by the property manager after each stay. Also the vent at the top of the stairs not cleaned full of dust, the Tvs did not have major networks, and most of the channels needed a subscription to watch, my passwords to get in some were at home. Beds were super comfortable, but the sheets very flimsy, and no mattress protector so every time we would get up had to put the sheet back on. This could cause a lot of bacteria on the bed..

5/5 We had a great girls weekend! Home was in a beautiful and well maintained in location with everything you could need close by. Our hosts were extremely responsive to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again in the future!
