Great area
5/5 My family enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is as exactly as protrayed in the photos. Plenty of space for a family. A guest MUST be able to climb to climb a set of stairs to access the condo. A few minor cleaning areas that needed attention I took care of cleaning myself. Be prepared for the enterway that needs to be painted and fixed.
THe ChampionsGate area is very secure and I love the atmoshere of the area. I would most definiately stay in this area and property again. EVOLVE is an amazing company to work with. I actually prefer it over VRBO.

Great Home Base
5/5 Perfect place to hit all the attractions, plenty of room for everyone, can easily accommodate a large family with small kids. Only negative is the distance to Universal but worth the extra drive. It comes with access to 2 water parks. Property management was very responsive and access to the property was easy. Great experience all around!
