• Evolve are TERRIBLE!!!!!

  Upon our arrival, the house had not been cleaned. Dirty linens on the floor, bathrooms were dirty, no clean towels, beds had not been made up. It took hours for our property manager, Jamal, to get back to us. He told us the cleaning team would be there soon and about 90 minutes later, they arrived. Due to insurance regulations, however, we had to leave for two plus hours while they cleaned the house. By the time we were allowed back in the house, it was after 10:00pm. The next morning we awoke and decided to go for a swim. NOPE…the pool had a scummy film on the surface and algae on the pool floor. We notified Jamal on Monday and the pool cleaners arrived about 1:00pm…on WEDNESDAY. Due to the algae, the pool had to be shocked and was now unusable until Thursday. As “goodwill gesture” they refunded TWO days of the pool heat charges. You read that right, we couldn’t use the pool Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and as GOODWILL GESTURE, they refunded two days of pool heating charges. Personally, I will NEVER book a stay that Evolve is part of in any way ever again.

  - A scheduling error led to the home not being cleaned before arrival. Once discovered, a cleaning crew was sent out, and we appreciate your patience while they prepared the home.
  - The pool is serviced weekly, but weather can cause buildup between visits. The pool service was called right away, though the first available appointment was Wednesday. It was treated and safe for use within a few hours.
  - Pool heat was on and working during your stay. While a full refund wasn’t possible, two nights of pool heat charges were refunded as a goodwill gesture.
  The homeowner is committed to improving the guest experience and has taken steps to prevent these issues in the future. We appreciate your feedback!

• Short family vacay

  The house itself was a great BUT it was so dirty.. you can see the scum on the walls and in the grout… the bathtub in master looks great in photos but the water heater doesn’t hold enough hot water for the bath tub, they said “heated” pool that was a joke too they charge you per day and you have to let them know turn the heat on… after an extra 90 fee the pool temp still never changed… the pool maintenance company came mid rantal too we watched him “clean” the pool by just pouring some chemicals in it.. the walls were still covered in scum and all the green stuff went back to the bottom of the pool… I work in real estate full time and this house gives me crappy property management vibes… rent at your own risk

  - A scheduling error led to the home not being cleaned before arrival, but a crew was sent as soon as the issue was discovered, and steps have been taken to prevent this in the future.
  - The water heater functions normally, though large tubs may require time between fills for reheating.
  - Pool heat was turned on as requested, but weather and overnight heat loss can affect the temperature. The system was confirmed to be working properly.
  - The pool is maintained weekly, and the technician’s visit during your stay was part of routine service.
  To acknowledge the inconvenience, the homeowner issued refunds for two nights of your stay and 50% of the pool heat fee. We appreciate your insight and are always looking to improve!

• Golfing paradise

  We came to Florida to play some golf and soak up the rays . The property is in a fabulous location. It is close enough to all the amenities. You are likely to need. We didn't want anything to do with Disney so it was perfect to be a safe distance away!The house was good. A few teething issues and a but tired in places, but, overall a nice enough place.

• Great lil community

  Loved the house and the pool. My lil one loved the playground that was practically right across the street and playing in the sand at the volleyball court. My wife was obsessed with the soaking tub in the master bath. All in all great vaction home.

• Great House But Needs Some Work

  Jamal was a very responsive host. He was very kind and attentive to our needs. The home is great, but we did experience a few hiccups with the amenities. My kids loved the pool and we had enough space for all 6 of us to be comfortable. Jamal did ensure to compensate us for the issues we experienced, which was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again if we ever visited the area again.
