plenty of room, nice gated area, home needs better furnishings and equipment
3/5 Home has plenty of space, 4 bedrooms are all good size and plenty of bathrooms in a nice gated area. however, the home doesn't have enough plates and dishes to accommodate the amount of beds/ people . Customer service was not great , had issues and called for help with no response. Beds and furniture are very cheap . Cheap pots and pans, dishes and utensils ect. made cooking very challenging , constantly needing to wash pot pans or dishes to complete a meal. no Tupperware to store food ect.Pool was nice, hot tub isn't hot. game area is nice , but again very cheap pool table, air hockey table ect .

Broken bed and dirty pool
3/5 The king size bed, sits on a queen box spring, on top of a California King bed frame…. So we were scared because the bed wasn’t sturdy at all. Also, we arrived on a Friday at 4pm, and the pool was filthy, and wasn’t cleaned for us until Saturday at noon. Since we were only staying two days, and booked this location primarily because of the pool, we were greatly disappointed. Also, I had to purchase toilet paper and paper towel from a local grocery store as there was NONE. 2 pool toys provided and they were filthy, so I bought some of those too.
Overall, pretty disappointing considering price.

Cleanness and improvements
4/5 Overall house was really good. Only reason for the rating is because the house needs better cleaning and some renovations. Towels and sheets must be replaced as they did not smell good.
