5/5 the house was perfect for 3 adults and 1 6th grader. When we had problems with the tv, the manager was right there to make it right.

5/5 The sliding door in the master bedroom was very hard to open and would not lock. Also the carpet in that bedroom was gross.

Great Pictures
4/5 This is our 9th time renting an house and we loved how close our rental looked like the pictures. That doesn’t always happen.. It was very clean and you helped us out with a couple of small things. We were very pleased with the whole process.
Good but needs some work
3/5 The house was nice and in good shape minus a few inconveniences. There was dust and bugs in a lot of the kitchen items and there were only two rolls of toilet paper in a three bedroom house. In the instructions they also asked to start a load of towels and sheets before leaving but there was no laundry detergent.

-We strive to provide all of our guests with a 5-star experience. We take pride in ensuring our home is serviced professionally before each guest. With cleanliness concerns, we ask that guests reach out so we can prove its validity and resolve any issue immediately. We are always available should guests need anything while in residence. We gladly would have sent the cleaning crew back to address any concerns right away
-While we do accommodate a well-stocked home with enough paper goods, including trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper in the house, we spoke to our property manager and confirmed two wash pods are left after every guest stay. We always try to accommodate our guests, we would have been more than happy to help and bring over additional items, but were not given the opportunity to
