1/5 We were really looking forward to this stay, but unfortunately the property fell short in several important areas. The home had moldy shower curtains, very dated carpet, and noticeable paint blotches, along with multiple holes in the wall from previous TV mounts, which gave the place an unkept feel.We also ran into several maintenance issues. The coffee maker and ice maker were both non-functional on arrival, though they were eventually remediated after reaching out.One of the biggest frustrations was the pool heating fee, which was higher than what was advertised on the listing. The company managing the rental was not very communicative, making it difficult to resolve the discrepancy.Overall, the experience did not match what was presented online, and we hope the owner or management company addresses these issues for future guests.

4/5 The property is in a great location, very well run by the management company. Easy check in process and easy to access with plenty of parking for the house size. 4 stars because the home itself could use some freshening up. Because it’s a vacation home, I imagine it sees hundreds of guests per year. Walls were dirty and had holes in them from removed tv mounts. The garage ping pong paddles were too damaged to play properly with, foosball table rods were bent from overuse. It’s a great place and Still great for the low price. But with a Little bit of extra sprucing up it could be outstanding!

5/5 We had an awesome stay at this beautiful vacation rental in Florida! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and made sure every detail of our trip went smoothly. They provided excellent communication, answering any questions we had promptly.The house itself was absolutely stunning. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a comfortable stay.The bedrooms were cozy, with comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The outdoor space was beautiful with a lovely patio and pool area that made it feel like a private resort. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed home away from home.
