• Beautiful Home, Gated Community with HOA

  The house and neighborhood was beautiful and safe. The only downfall is that it’s in a gated community with a very strict HOA so you have to be mindful of the amount of cars. We also noticed that the house was pretty bare bones as far as supplying things like soap, salt and pepper, tin foil etc. I suspect that this is because the owners have been burned before by guests stealing items. Overall the stay was lovely, the house is massive and fit all 11 of us comfortably. The host was extremely accommodating and answered my texts and calls whenever I had questions or needed to add someone to the driver list. Would definitely recommend this stay but be sure to be prepared to do some shopping beforehand.

• Looking forward to future stays

  we loved the house and it’s amenities. area felt safe for making future trips with family or friends. There are televisions everywhere; even by the screened-in pool and loved the conveniences of a bathroom next to the pool. didnt have to buy water for the trip. Fridge has filtered water so we brought thermos’ from home. Supermarket very close to the house.

  The house was nice. The pool was great. Excellent location. Neighborhood was quiet. Over all a good vac. My critiques are having NO dish soap and only 2 pods for the dishwasher, NO extra trash bags at all for the kitchen or bathrooms, only ONE roll of paper towel for the entire wk, NO extra toilet paper at all, not enough cooking utensils/pots and pans, not even the basics like salt & pepper was provided, the ceiling fans in some bedrooms sounded like a washer & dryer going nonstop, we found 3 live roach type bugs inside also. We pack quite a bit for vac but you would think after paying the price we paid we wouldn’t have to worry about TP or paper towels. We did enjoy our vac tho. The process with Evolve was great every step of the way I will say.

  - As is standard for vacation rentals, we provide a starter supply of paper essentials for guests’ convenience as our property's maximum occupancy is 12. Guests may have to purchase their own additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups. We wish you would have reached out to the local guest contact during your stay as they would have been more than happy to bring additional supplies needed upon request.
  
  - As the home is located in Florida, insects can be prevalent in the area and occasionally enter if doors are left open. We have ongoing pest control that manages and protects the home from these issues. We believe you may have experienced a few harmless bugs like Palmetto Bugs during your stay.
  
  - We appreciate your feedback regarding the ceiling fan noise. We have never received any complaints about this in the past and are looking into your concerns.
  
  As is evidenced by the many great reviews, these owners are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers.
