    This home was in a quiet, clean and private area with all the amenities for you and your family. The home itself was just as pictured and very clean. If I had any questions the owner didn't hesitate to answer them.

  • Brand New Home - Right on tennis and golf course

    The home is brand new and everything works like its brand new. Awesome TV couch area also that is a nice added bonus. The house is steps away from ChampionsGate golf course which allows you to purchase an unlimited month to month membership - total worth it if you like to golf. There is also a swimming pool area as well as tennis courts all close. Me and my wife worked and stayed in the house for a month. We had a brief power outage that effected the entire block and had trouble getting the internet back up -- Thomas responded and helped us troubleshoot ASAP and overall a great help.

    Everything about the house was top notch and Thomas was a great host!

    All in all it wasn’t a bad place to stay. Minor hiccups that we were able to work through. Loved the location! It allowed us to get to the places we wanted to see pretty easy.

    The owner was very good to work with. Very easy to get a hold of. Wife said, It would have better if we had use of the garage but we managed.

    I would recommend the place to anybody provided they can handle steps. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs.

    Yes I would stay here again!

    This property is very well maintained, and near a lot of local amenities. The pool and oasis are very nice. The community workers are a little unwelcoming to renters, but just ignore their rudeness.
