  The property was open and spacious with enough beds for 16 people. We stayed for two weeks and while there we had some issues with the washing machine and the pool. Both issues were addressed by our host and he saw that they were resolved by the time we left.

  We took advantage of the community pool because the pool at the house needed a new filter and water was not clear. Our host called for pool service and by the time we left the water was much clearer and cleaner.

  The house managed to house our family comfortably. The kitchen was well furnished with necessities to cook meals during your stay. The house does need some deep cleaning like the stair handrail and walls. Also, some of the common furniture should be tighten due to frequent use such as the backyard table, dining table and chairs. The upstairs sectional was very comfortable while the downstairs furniture sofas were more worn and lumpy.

  Overall, the stay was pleasant and it was conveniently located to the Disney and Universal parks. Family who stayed home during the vacation enjoyed the comfort of the smart TVs in majority of the rooms.

  Very roomy for our party of 10 adults! Mother/ siblings trip! Plenty of dishes and cookware! Could have used a few more towels but, other than that, everything we needed was provided for the start of our extended weekend trip. The host was very easy to reach. No issues with check-in, went very smoothly.

  To be Honest, the best thing the house has is the Manager Michael. We arrived a sunday with some things missing or not working. He run to buy new one, and solve the light that didnt worked. The house is really old and we didnt understood how a house for 18 people has a table for 6 persons, and chairs for 6, out that is a table from 1800 and the chairrs different. We found outside 4 more chairs but were big and heavy because is for outside. the garage has 2 small and old games that 1 was not working at all and the other one has no sense... is like when you put something to say included. We recomment to put some money on a new table with chairs according to the people and buy some stuff to the garage. it doesnt value the amount we paid. some beds are new and some old so we can give a 50% comfortable. Regarding the Wash & Dryer the sound is like a concert, so I think you must change it before it broke at 100%.
