rent it before it falls apart
4/5 The house was nice it just looked like the house needs some maintenance one bed is falling apart the dishwasher didn't work you have minimal dishes. It seem like there waiting for some to break and pen it on somebody

Great place to stay in Davenport
4/5 The property is in a convenient location for Disney/Universal etc and in a quiet, controlled entrance estate. It was clean and well maintained with plenty of plates, bowls, cups etc in the kitchen for our party of 6 and probably more. I feel I should give Eagle Management a mention here as they are undoubtedly the best management company I have dealt with in the many years that I've been renting villas in Florida. We had a couple of issues in the villa with a leaky coffee maker and a fridge freezer which stopped working a couple of times. Eagle Management got both items replaced within a day or 2 which is just incredible and how a company should run their properties. With the Berry Town Centre shops/restaurants just minutes away from the villa you can't really go far wrong with this property. Oh and one other thing - it's got WiFi that actually works - something that some other properties claim to have but don't, something to bear in mind if you've got internet addicted kids in tow !!

Great House
5/5 We had a great time. All kinds of space we had the pool heated. Lots of late night fun in the pool. We had a small issue with the refrigerator but maintenance took care of it . The house was very clean and well maintained. Our family will be using this home again. Great space for a multi family vacation. Our stay was 4/11-21.

Convenient location and nice house.
3/5 The house was very nice and convenient to Disney and other amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and the clubhouse nice family activities. I couldn't give the house a higher rating because we had very poor cell signals and the WiFi did not work for the duration of our stay. Also, the wash cloths and cups needed replacing. The pool was comfortable and my kids enjoyed it. I would definitely return if the issues were addressed.
