Stale cigarette smoke
1/5 The place smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke, with the odor lingering in the air, clinging to the furniture, walls, and carpet. Opening the window overnight did not help.

- Unfortunately, these out-of-the-ordinary events occurred during your visit, and we hope you understand we have talked with our cleaning crew to ensure this issue does not recur for future travelers.
- Considering this is a non-smoking property, we have never experienced problems with bad odors in our home. Also, our cleaning crew did not report anything unusual before your stay.
- That being said, we apologize for your experience and will look into what may have caused the odor. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.

5/5 Just 4 minutes from the LegoLand entrance. Lots of dining options nearby. Hosts were responsive but we had no concerns during our stay.
