4/5 We loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of this place. The kitchen was great, plenty of seating for everyone and everything was very updated. The coffee maker wasn't working though which put a damper on our mornings. Someone may have lost the filter holder and it leaked all over. The huge lanai needs a little attention. There are 12 inch weeds growing through the pavers, a broken fan lying on the floor and the screens are badly in need of power washing. Don't walk outside with sandals or you'll get attacked by fire ants like my daughter. I don't know if spraying would help that but children beware.

Perfect house in a great location
5/5 We had the best time, and this house was perfect for our party of 4A/4K. Kids had a blast playing in the pool and we were in a great location to enjoy the many things Crystal River and area have to offfer!
