Gem on the river
5/5 The house was perfect for our annual yearly guys fishing trip. Pool and home were clean and perfect for gathering.
Hosts were super nice and responded quickly all the time. I would highly recommend this home and plan on returning with my wife and kids.

Memorial Day & Anniversary Weekend
5/5 I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. The owners/hosts we fabulous to work with. The house was very clean and stocked with all the essentials plus some. We will definitely be back and highly recommend! Great location for those with a boat. Thank you for making our Anniversary stay special as well.

Some issues with the property
3/5 Overall the house was beautiful and really large and in a great location. We just had some bad luck really. When we got there the home smelled like urine. So we had to open it all up and call the property manager. They gave us some air freshener and said it should go away. It never did, when we had to close the place up because of weather, it came back. It was in a central location by the 1/2 bath. Then when it rained, the septic backed up into the shower and all the toilets and we had to call them again. We couldn't take showers, do laundry, anything really for a whole day. They sent someone right out the next afternoon. The pool really is not warm enough when the weather isn't hot out, that is no ones fault, just FYI.

- We're diligent in maintaining the home's cleanliness and making sure that everything functions properly.
- Before your arrival, we ensured a thorough cleaning of all carpets and furniture by Stanley Steamer. Additionally, a professional cleaning crew conducted a deep cleaning of the entire property.
- Despite heavy rainfall just before your stay and our low-lying location, we took proactive measures by completely pumping out the septic system the morning before your arrival. However, we were surprised to receive a call less than a day later indicating it was full. We promptly arranged for another pump-out. It's important to note that the septic tank's level is well below the home, and when it reaches capacity it would empty into the yard, not the house. Throughout our ownership, we've never experienced a septic backup in the home.
