    this was the worst place we stayed on our trip biking up Florida coast. the two "futons" are couches that are not anyway a place for anyone to sleep. did not see any air mattresses. You couldn't pay me to use the "single serve" coffee pot, no glasses, no ice, the sheets were stained. This place was so over priced compared to other places we stayed. You can not spend any time outside as its all ant hills everywhere. SO disappointed. The only positive was the very nice man who maintains the place. He sent his son to give us a ride to the grocery store as we were on bikes and no uber options to get to the grocery store. No soap in the bathroom to even wash your hands.
