Small quiet cottage
5/5 Check in instructions quick and easy to follow. Clean home. Comfortable beds. Nice area to eat outside on covered porch. Bonus: beach gear, chairs, umbrellas, towels provided. Quiet street and neighborhood. Can walk/bike across the bridge to the beaches.

Great for what we needed.
5/5 Nice house with a good location for what we needed: away from mid-city, but easy driving access to family and sites we wanted to visit. We saw friendly people on our morning neighborhood walks.Communication about the reservation was good, but I marked down communication because I am now getting spam emails from the company that manages this property.
