Hidden Gem
5/5 10 out of 10 stay! We had always shyed away from air-b&b type places, but due to recent death in the family, we decided to give this vrbo a shot. What luck! We arrived late, not until after midnight, and all gate codes and keys were where the instructions said they'd be. We moved in, got settled and were floored by our quick tour before we went to bed. Stunning is a good word to describe what we saw. Bright, clean, excellent condition. So satisfying and relieved with the property. Master bed was comfortable and we slept great.
Next morning we looked around some more. Giant fenced in yard with vehicle gates, really nice, functional deck with table, chair and grill. Everything was in working order, furniture, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all in excellent condition. Even had an EV charging station if needed. Thìs stay was going to relieve alot of stress of the next few days. The other members of the family joined us later in the morning and were amazed at the property and how nice it was. We all enjoyed our stay and if we need to stay in Cocoa again, this is the place. If you have family in Port St. John or close by you are visiting, stay here. It's safe. Convenient, close to fast food and shopping, and right halfway between Cocoa and Titusville. Very happy with this stay. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!
