Our Stay at Cocoa Beach
4/5 We enjoyed our stay at this residence as well as seeing two Space X launches from the beach across the street. The house was well-appointed and comfortable for the four of us and a small dog. We would stay at this residence again the next time we visit the Cocoa Beach area.
Nice house but poor response from manager
4/5 House was as advertised although patio furniture was not as shown in the photos. Several small things wrong with the house like the power outlet not working in one bathroom, unable to light the gas grill, screen door to the patio not functional. Worst thing was no response from the property manager after leaving a voice mail on the day after our arrival. Never received a return call or text so very glad there were not major issues. House is in a great location to visit the beach and the yard was nice. It would be better if the fence actually enclosed the backyard but this was not a surprise based on the photos.
Kennedy Space Center trip
5/5 We came to tour the Kennedy Space Center and also visited with a friend from grade school. Celebrated hubby’s birthday at Jazzy’s. Wonderful home with great amenities for our short trip!

5/5 We used this beautiful house as a home base to travel throughout the area. We visited the various sights and ate wonderful meals at the various restaurants. Visited several of the parks and watched the surfers in the ocean.
