Coziness at Cocoa Beach
5/5 Overall, this was such a great and easy place to stay. A few blocks from a public beach access, very close to local eateries (walking distance), yet out of the hectic traffic area of Cocoa. We will definitely stay here again! Honestly, it was perfect for our family of 6!

Overflow for family gathering.
5/5 We live down the street and needed an extra bedroom while family visited. Worked well because it's only 2 blocks away. Will probably use again when family comes to town. Everything was good.

Preparation of home prior to check in
3/5 The kitchen sink faucet was faulty and wouldn't flow from the main faucet. You had to hold the spray button down to get water which was an inconvenience. The main issue was the property manager wasn't away and commented on a fix that wasn't the issue. The bathroom was only stocked with half a roll of TP. Site listing should say pack in everything as it's not a well stocked listing.
