5/5 What an amazing villa! Loved it from the moment we arrived on the drive. Very spacious and extremely clean!Its the little things that make the difference as well: excellent quality towels and bedding, plenty of plates/cutlery/utensils and glasses. Pool area spotless and really comfy sunbeds. Klaus was great to deal with, we had a tiny issue with the pool heat and he responded with 10 mins and management company on site within the hour!To be honest, I really didnt want to leave a review because I dont everyone knowing how wonderful it is! Just want to keep it to myself! We looked at re-booking for when we are there later this year, but its booked, so needless to say I'm very disappointed! But never mind we will have to plan another trip around the dates that are free!If you're looking for a beautiful villa in a quiet neighbourhood but still want to be within 30 mins to Disney, this is the place for you.Thanks Klaus - we had a fabulous visit, we will be back.
5/5 Property was very well kept up. Pool and hot tub were wonderful, with south facing sun. There were lots of towels provided. If we had one thing we’d like to of had, it would be a BBQ.
5/5 The house was great, easy to access, and in a quite community. The main water line broke when we were at Sea World and Klaus was able to have someone there to fix it before we got back, this was the night before Thanksgiving.

5/5 This is our third year staying at this property, and it never disappoints. Quiet neighborhood, great location, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The owner is excellent to work with.

5/5 The property was everything we expected. Close to the activities we enjoyed while we were visiting. A great amount of space for the six of us who stayed on property. Also the layout of the house with a separate master apart from the other 3 bedrooms. We had an issue with the AC, but communication with the homeowner and property manager was seamless and the issue was rectified in a timely manner. We would recommend the propert to anybody looking to spend time in the Clermont/Orlando area.
