• Roach infestation

  Upon entering we noticed a small roach on the wall. The management was contacted and came out and sprayed the next day. When I informed him that we saw roaches he said they were flying bugs from outside. Though out the evening the next day management was contacted again about the problem. He kept denying that there were roaches. My family and I took pictures and videos of the bugs. He claimed he couldn't see it in the picture. The infestation was so bad my family could not sleep the last day and left at daylight. My family stayed 4 days and talked to management company 3 of those days about the problem. There were other problems such as filthy living room and kitchen furniture. The dishwasher did not work. This villa was just surfaced cleaned. On the positive side the back where the pool was is beautiful. Which is where we spent 80% of our time. We saw more bugs in the house than outside.I would not recommend this villa to anyone because management was not cooperative when we trying to rectify the problem. We couldn't move to another house so we bought bug spray to try to deal with the problem on our own. Please do not take the risk of taking home any unwanted pest. DO NOT RENT THIS VILLA!!!

We value the cleanliness of the home and our cleaners ensure it's professionally serviced before every guest's arrival. Once we were made aware of the bugs at the property, we attended the home to address the issue. In inspecting the home, we were unable to find any bugs at the villa. As you arrived after sunset and the door was open, the bugs you encountered could likely be flying insects. We made sure to visit the home a second time, but still, we were not able to locate any evidence of bugs.
  - In recognizing your concern, we purchased a plug-in flying insect trap and suggest not leaving food out and properly disposing of any large bag of rubbish in the outside bin. Since your stay, the villa has undergone pest treatment.
  - In all of our interactions with you, we were not notified about any issues with the dishwasher or cleanliness of the living room and kitchen furniture. If you had informed us about these concerns, we would have taken action immediately to resolve the issues.
  We truly do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  Location is quiet and very safe for someone who's just visiting Florida. Very clean villa. Highly recommended.

  We had all the lock codes a day or two in advance, everything was clean and updated. The pool is perfect for younger children, and a hot tub for the adults.

  We had a great time! The neighborhood was quiet and the house is beautiful. The only “disappointment” was the grill was not there & we did not know how to heat the pool. But overall we loved it and would go back!

• Didn’t want to leave

  My family and I loved staying at this home! From the moment we arrived, all I could set our eyes on was the beautiful backyard! We spent everyday in the spa and pool enjoying the view of the wildlife. There is a alligator in the pond we loved watching every morning. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and just a short drive to all the attractions. I loved how the home is located close to grocery stores and restaurants. The king beds in both of the masters are so comfortable. ifIf you have a infant and need to use a crib, they do offer a pack n play. But, my only recommendation to management would be to wash the pack n plays or get new ones. The ones they offer were so filthy and smelly, I could not put my baby in it. I went and bought my own at the Walmart that’s only five minutes away. Other then that I would definitely stay at this home again, and can’t wait to be sitting in that backyard again!!
