1/5 Der Allgemeine Zustand des Appartments ist mangelhaft. Die Sauberkeit ließ in jedem Raum zu wünschen übrig. Das ganze Appartment hat moderig gerochen und selbst nach 3 Wochen Duftkerzen und Raumspray und Raumerfrischer in den Steckdosen ( alles das haben wir selbst gekauft) rochen wir es immer wieder wenn wir das Appartment betreten haben. Reinigungsmittel standen so gut wie keine zur Verfügung!Der Staubsauger konnte von uns nicht benutzt werden, da verdreckt und im Gebrauch übel riechend. Die Deckenbeleutung in der Kuche war voll mit toten Insekten! (Die Lampe über dem Esstisch ebenfalls)Die Griffe der Schränke waren alle verdreckt das geschirr war zusammen gewûrfelt an Besteck fehlte es auch! Die Spülmaschine konnte wegen der Lärmbelastigung nur angestellt werden wenn wir das Appartment verlassen haben, da wir sonst unser eigen Wort nicht verstanden haben. Im Schlafzimmer befanden sich Gegenstände unter dem Bett( alte Unterhose ?) Badezimmerschränke konnte ich auch nichts einräumen da verstaubt!Die Putzfrau die nach der Reklamation kam hat Ihr bestes gegeben um die Mängel zu beheben, dennoch hat der Zustand des Appartments unsere Freude am Urlaub erheblich beeinträchtigt. Die Anlage selbst (Pool und Toiletten) waren sehr sauber und gepflegt.Ich habe hier bei weiten noch nicht alles niedergeschrieben!
