Lots of space!
5/5 My wife and planned a trip for our 5 kids. This condo was spacious. Close walk to the beach, shops, and for my son the Basketbal court at the community center was important. Very comfortable for all of us and nice clean condo.

3/5 Property manager did not respond to emails regarding an early check-in. Had to wait 6 hours before we could check-in. Too many stairs and ruled.

- The regular check-in time is 4:00 pm, and we notified you that you could check in earlier but with an additional fee.
- As stated in the description, this is a 3-story home. We're sorry that it caught you off guard.
- The house rules are typical for vacation rentals and other homes in the surrounding area.

5/5 Great experience renting the property. Perfect location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was a short walk too. Would definitely book again when I return to Clearwater.

Great unit, perfect location
5/5 The unit is very nice, as pictured. Owner was helpful and welcoming, beds were comfortable, everything worked. Beach, bar, breakfast, convenience store, within 2 min walk. Just a little further south, maybe 10 min walk, a lot of shopping and restaurants, but the one block walk to the beach is peaceful and crosses no streets - the beach is fantastic. The balcony fits two easily, a third may stand, and overlooks a calm street, we spent a lot of time there. Clearwater Beach is a very chill town and it was easy to chill staying in this townhouse.
