  The house was supplied with plenty of towels, had a nice deck, and plenty of room for the family. The house had been overbooked the day we were supposed to check in, but we were able to find other arrangements, thankfully being Spring Break time.

• Disappointing stay

  This was not the best place that we have ever rented through VRBO. Was quite disappointed in several things. The outside deck was in poor condition, with several planks sticking up. There was no way that you would want to walk out there barefoot. The kitchen was not very well stocked. Only three skillets to cook with (other than the unclean broiler pan that I would definitely not use). No pans to use in the combination convection/regular oven, but we couldn't even get the oven to work anyway. Would have been nice to have some directions. No toaster, either. Had to make toast in a skillet. Disappointed in the tv, also (Roku). Would have been nice to have some directions for that also. Very limited seating in the upstairs living room. Two couches, one leather one that was not very comfortable.

  On the plus side, the bed that we slept in was quite comfortable. I hate to be a complainer, but this house needs a lot of work before it should be rented out.

  Place had no bbq, upgrades needed. Place cleanliness was questionable, found a cockroach in one of the bedrooms. Not worth the nightly price.

  Photos are deceiving, House needs a thorough cleaning. There was very low water pressure, just enough water out of the shower to rinse off, and you hope no one was using the other shower. No way I would stay here again.
