Great place, perfect location
5/5 Place was as advertised and perfect for what we wanted - on the beach, near downtown and plenty of options for food and shopping with very short walk. Vitaly (owner) was super helpful and responsive. I'd love to come back.
Excellent Vacation
5/5 Great property on Sand Key with a fantastic beach view. We liked the residential feel of the neighborhood and enjoyed biking the area. Sand Key has public access with parking so we walked a considerable portion of the beach. Condo is within walking distance of restaurants and downtown. Only 4 miles to a major grocery store.
Great views & ability to relax
5/5 This is a great place to relax and enjoy the views from the balcony. Access to the beach is easy and a lot less crowded than Clearwater Beach.
Our first month long vacation
5/5 We loved our vacation in Sand Key. The place was beautiful, exactly as described. Beautiful sunsets right from our balcony!! We enjoyed our time there. Vitaly was quick to answer any issues we had, which were few. We would definitely recommend this wonderful condo!! Kathy & Jim Taylor
