Spacious, clean and well equipped
5/5 Easy check in and out. Management was friendly and gave clear instructions. Condo was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Great location—easy walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants. Delicious donuts at the bakery across the street and a convenient small market nearby.

Happy with the venue and the value
5/5 Booked 5 nights for a Spring Training trip. Never been to Clearwater Beach before and I was looking for something within close proximity of multiple ballparks and walking distance to the beach. This location was excellent. 10-12 mins drive to parks in Dunedin and Clearwater, 30 mins to Tampa. Bradenton and Lakeland just over an hour drive, which was perfect. And the location to the beach was equally perfect - 5 mins. Several good restaurant locations within 10 mins walk. The condo itself was huge, ideal for 4 people. It included everything you need for a long term stay as well, and the views of the intercoastal were lovely. Quiet at night as well for sleeping. Clean, very comfortable accommodations and the condo manager was very responsive and helpful. The only issue i had was the requirement for photo ID, which I had to share electronically before arrival. I'm still not sure why that was required but in the end it all worked out. I'd highly recommend this rental unit.
