CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 6453
- Due to demand, early check-in is not typically available, however, you are welcome to come and park at the building early and start exploring Cedar Key
- There is a binder on the counter/coffee table that should have all of the information you will need
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Due to demand, late check-out is not typically available
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash (Trash cans are under the stairs)
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Ensure kayaks are stored and locked and return the paddles to the condo 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking

- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the binder on on the counter/coffee table

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- There are 2 green kayaks available for guest use. They are store on the rack outside on the ground level. The lock code is 1017. You must bring your own life vests
- The code to get into the pool and hot tub area is 215
- This property requires one flight of stairs to access, the unit itself is all contained on one floor
- Toiletries are not provided however toilet paper and a roll of paper towels are provided

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the carport on the ground level under the unit
- Additional surrounding parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis
- Boat trailers may be parked in the common area near the pool
