Great Location, Issues with Safety and Guest Contact
3/5 There is no outdoor light when you are coming home at night. I felt this was a major safety issue as well as making it difficult to read the code on the door. There were other Issues with the door code from the beginning and reaching the guest contact. The water pressure was terrible. The pool is serviced on an unknown day, where there is no water pressure at all - tried to reach guest contact but did not hear back for several hours. We had no warning of when this was happening. If so, we could have planned our showers accordingly. The TV remotes (3) did not work. The cords on the overhead light and fan in the bedrooms were extremely short making it difficult to reach and dangerous to try to maneuver while either the fan or light were powered on. Otherwise this is a great location if you are visiting downtown Cape Coral! Air conditioning worked great and the place was clean.

4/5 The place is amazing! The owner was very responsive to issues to get them taken care of however one issue couldn’t be fixed while we were there.
The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The pool can be heated and they tried and even turned it up once but it still was pretty chilly with it being overcast outside.
