    The house was really really nice, well equipped, nearby a lot of things.

    Some small issues were the thermostat kept resetting to 80degrees randomly even after adjusting it. We would wake up sweating and running to bring it down again. There was a room we couldn’t use because it had so many ants. The fridge froze all our groceries.

    Our first day there we couldn’t get into the house because the batteries of the keypad were dead, when we called Sylvia who was our point of contact she was so annoyed with us. She kept trying to find any other person to come and open it, she bothered to owner to try and unlock it from their phone, she called the housekeeper to see if she had a key. She wasted SO much time to avoid having to come herself to unlock the house. Meanwhile I had my 3 month old babies outside, my husband had to take them to drive around because it was too hot and it was their nap time. She wasted 40min trying to avoid coming herself. When she answered the phone she sounded annoyed that I as calling, and kept trying to tell me I was putting in the code wrong or something. All the keypad needed was new batteries and her handyman person said he changed them to months ago, she tried to tell me that fact as if it was the other day. I was like well humidity can ruin batteries and rentals get used a lot more.

    The whole interaction with her made us feel like we were an inconvenience, when we paid to be there. She’s the one who gets paid to take care of everything.

    -The Guest Contact was actively addressing an issue at another property, situated fifteen minutes away. She demonstrated a diligent effort to ensure swift access to the home, employing various solutions such as remote troubleshooting. Upon exhausting these options, they promptly proceeded to the location to provide assistance when all other attempts were unsuccessful. Additionally, it's worth noting that the Guest Contact was not made aware of any additional issues mentioned in the review during their interaction with the guest.
    -Regarding the refrigerator, we believe that the temperature may have been adjusted by the prior guest, causing the food to freeze. However, the refrigerator is in proper working condition, and we haven't received any complaints from other guests. Additionally, there are instructions in the guest book on how to set the thermostat for the air conditioner to prevent it from resetting.
    -Concerning the issue with ants in the second bedroom, we found that they were only present on the window sill. Our property is regularly serviced for pests, and this issue was promptly addressed by notifying the pest control company. They have provided extra service to ensure that the situation is remediated. It's worth noting that we were not informed of these issues during your stay; otherwise, we would have addressed them immediately.
