5/5 Very clean house with everything you need
5/5 This is very clean house and stacked with everything you need. Our kids enjoyed swimming in a pool and fishing from the dock while our dog had fun on fully fenced back yard. We got very clear instructions for check in/out so there was no reason to contact anyone. House is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with fee minutes drive to stores and restaurants. We will definitely consider this house again in a future. Thank you to the hosts for such a nice vacation home!

Attention to details
5/5 As an experienced "renter" I'm always pleased when the host nails the details. Most probably think that guests won't notice, but we do at least. The way the towels are folded/presented. The comfy blankets. The spot-on decor, etc. Lovely place. One note, may want to have VRBO ad make note of the need for the pool heater fee -- very reasonable, but we were unaware of that option and therefore didn't take advantage of it given our short stay. Overall, beautiful. Cheers.

3/5 House was ok enough, but the pool is useless without a heater. A tv on patio would’ve been nice & perhaps some salt & pepper.

-We list an outdoor pool, but a heated pool is not mentioned in the amenities, as the heater takes several days to reach a comfortable temperature, especially in winter. We encourage guests to carefully review the listing details to ensure their expectations align with the available amenities.
-We will coordinate with our cleaning and maintenance team to ensure that essential kitchen supplies are restocked. While we typically keep these items on hand, it appears they may have been depleted and not replaced.
