CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- To access the condo on foot make sure you are in the Tower #2 building (Marina South II). Go into the garage and look for the glass door to the building where you will be able to see the elevators. There is a keypad on the right. Enter code #1998. The door will buzz, indicating you can now enter the building. Then use the elevators to head to the 6th floor then turn right after exiting the elevator. Turn left down the hallway and look for the door labeled ‘Refuse Room’ and open the unlocked door and you will see the black lockbox (look below for the access code). Go back down the hall and turn to your left and you will see unit #612
- The key is located inside a black lockbox, which is in the stairwell of the hallway to the left before the front door. The code is 3157
- There is an extra key located inside the unit. Replace the key in the lockbox once you grab the second key
- There is also a garage key available to access the garage if you have a vehicle. This key gets you back into the building from the 3rd and 4th floors only. It unlocks the glass door that is near the elevators
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Return the parking pass to the Welcome Book
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Leave the pool key, parking pass, and garage door opener on the dining table
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- There is a white electronic key card that is used for Pool #2 and the Cape Harbour Club House that is located at 1720 El Dorado Parkway West. It is less than a 10 minute walk. This is Pool #2 and it is heated. It will also give you more sun throughout the day than Pool #1 that is located downstairs below the condos just outside the parking garage. You do not need a pool key for Pool #1 located downstairs below the units. Pool #1 is not heated

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in any unreserved spot in the community garage on the 3rd and 4th-floor gated parking area
- To access the 3rd and 4th-floor parking, please use the garage remote and the orange parking pass found in the unit upon arrival. The parking pass needs to be hung on your rear view mirror to avoid getting towed
- Go up the winding ramp to the left on the exterior of the building. Then, use the garage remote to access the parking
- Do not park in any spots labeled 'reserved'
- Free public parking on the 1st and 2nd-floor garage
