Great time
5/5 Everything was Great! We came down from massachusetts to visit family across the bridge in Whiskey Creek. Everything was as listed. Would stay again for sure.

Tired
2/5 Too much to do , old inside uncomfortable couches, charged double for cleaning but they make u do al the cleaning, not enough soap or shampoo, uncomfortable couches, not working tvs in rooms frogs in the pool, I did love the kitchen, fully stocked, not enough garbage bags

-We acknowledge your concerns regarding the requested tasks during checkout. It's a customary practice in the vacation rental industry to request guests to perform minor tasks like disposing of their trash, loading the dishwasher, and stripping linens from used beds. These steps, along with our professional cleaning service, are important in upholding a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. Regarding the cleaning fee, we can confirm there was no duplicate charge for cleaning.
-The TVs were fully functional; however, it seems the guest encountered difficulty operating the remotes. Furthermore, a thorough re-inspection of the pool confirmed its cleanliness and excellent water quality, without any reported presence of frogs. Any reported concerns were promptly addressed to ensure guest satisfaction, and a one-third fee discount was provided and accepted as a resolution.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.Amazing Property
5/5 The house is exactly as advertised. Has all the amenities you want if you're the family that would rather spend your vacation money on activities and save money by cooking at home. Kitchen was well stocked. Property manager was very communicative and friendly. Home is close to everything you need. We will definitely stay there again if we make it back to the area.
